91制片厂 used a collaborative planning process to review the college鈥檚 mission, vision, and values as well as establish priorities that will guide us for the next three years.
The kickoff began in February 2022 with the Board of Trustees reviewing the mission, vision, and values that make 91制片厂 a great place to learn and work. Then, internal and external stakeholders were identified to lead the efforts. In May of 2022, that group established a methodology that provided opportunities for input from a wide-range of stakeholders. They hosted many meetings for the next several months. The mission, vision, and values were presented and approved by the Board of Trustees at the January 2023 meeting, with the final plan presented and approved at the May 2023 meeting.
The plan was developed to ensure 91制片厂 continues to be a good steward of the financial and human resources entrusted to us. As projects or initiatives are developed, the College will review alignment with the priorities and maintain the strategic vision we have established鈥攖o change lives and strengthen communities, one person at a time.
The plan focuses on four priority areas:
- Programs and Students
We provide access to a quality education that develops the whole person and provides a workforce that meets the needs of the region.
- Crowder Culture
Servant leadership is at the heart of all that we do in meeting the needs of our colleagues, 91制片厂s, and community members.
- Finance & Facilities
We provide a quality education at a great value in a welcoming environment.
- Community
We are involved citizens of the communities we serve and provide avenues for community members to participate in college events.
College Council will review annually the progress toward achieving the goals and make recommended changes as needed over the next three years.
